abstract = {Stress-induced, or Takotsubo, cardiomyopathy, is a relatively uncommon cause of left ventricular (LV) dysfunction that can mimic myocardial ischemia. This report presents a case of inverted Takotsubo cardiomyopathy associated with severe electrolyte imbalance in the setting of a Crohn’s disease flare. Bedside echocardiography can be a useful tool to establish a prompt diagnosis.},
